To provide our conventional and non-traditional clients with consistent high quality residential real estate appraisals throughout Central Oregon including Deschutes, Jefferson & Crook counties.
Our focus is treating you as a unique, valued client, not as a number in a typical appraisal mill. You will work directly with myself, Evan M. Spealman, from initial inquiry through dispatch of your completed appraisal.
Our Appraisal Services
Our promise is to service our clients as soon as possible with very short turn times of 24 hours or less following inspection in most cases. Inspections are typically set within 24 hours of approved order acceptance.
Central Oregon single family residences, condominiums, townhouses, 2-4 unit residential income properties, and land, for purchases, refinances, equity loans, P.M.I. removal, FHA, short sales, estate settlement, reverse mortgages, divorce, bankruptcy, foreclosure, REO, and any other need for a market value.
